The technology is minimalist, using granite mills with mechanical treading. After fermentation, after about a week of tanning, the wine was placed in stainless steel vats, where it naturally clarified. After malolactic fermentation, it was transferred to oak barrels, where it aged for approximately twelve months.

It has a very fresh and intense aroma, where the seductive aromas of violet and wild berries from the Douro stand out. In the mouth, very elegant and balanced, with a lot of concentration of red fruit, evolving into a wine with excellent volume and solid structure, with fresh tannins with a fine and elegant texture. A wine with a captivating, long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 15ºC. Recommended decanting.
Food Pairing:
Given its characteristics, it is suitable for celebration days, to brighten up oven dishes.
