Artisanal preparation with fruit from Portugal, with over 55% fruit, without adding additives or preservatives and with a reduced amount of sugar, maintaining and preserving traditional methods. Ingredients: Apple, sugar, mint, port wine (contains sulphites), citrus pectin and lemon juice.
Tasting Notes:
This jam is extremely aromatic due to the characteristics of the Bravo de Esmolfe apple, a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) apple from Beira Alta Portugal, juicy, sweet and simultaneously acidic, which, combined with the freshness of mint and the warm, sweet aroma of White Port wine, give this jam a unique and sophisticated flavor.
Storage:
Store at room temperature, free from humidity, dirt or other factors that may cause contamination or alteration of the product. Store in the refrigerator after opening.
Perfect Serve:
It can be used as a side dish for meat dishes, salads and vinaigrettes for salads, as a side dish in recipes such as crab cakes or veal escalopes with mushrooms, as a topping for ice cream or cakes or even cocktails with Martini and ginger and desserts, crepes and pancakes.
