Product details
The grapes are destemmed and gently crushed and then cooled to 10 ° C. The grapes rest for 8 hours to extract more aromas from the film, and then are pressed and clarified. The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16º C.

Tasting Notes:
Wine of crystalline pink appearance. Intense aroma, red fruits, fine and elegant. In the mouth it is soft and fresh with complexity. The end of the mouth is prolonged and of great harmony.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended serving at a temperature of 8 to 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with lean grilled meat, pasta, pizza and ideal with aperitifs. Also goes well with tapas, sushi, risotto and highly seasoned fish.
