Hand harvested of the 4 grape varieties together. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature below 25 ° C. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Stage for 18 months in used barrels of French oak. Gentle filtration before bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby colour. Aromatically very intense, menthol, chocolate, red and black fruits. The smooth and very elegant attack flavoured black fruit, eucalyptus and lots of freshness. Persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served at a temperature between 15 º C and 17 º C.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with spicy grilled and roasted meats, game, and cheeses, among other delicacies.
