Tasting Notes:
A Dão red wine of austere profile, with many vegetal notes that overlap with floral hints and wild berries. The style is frank and direct, with firm tannins but well involved, a classic touch in the end.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
