From a centuries-old vineyard, which reflects the Dão region of a century ago. Its winemaking method dates back to the past, in which we applied ancestral techniques. Undoubtedly, a wine with history. Spontaneous fermentation in a granite press, sealed twice a day. Aged in used 25hl barrels.

Baga,Jaen,Tinta Amarela,Alvarelhão,Tinta Pinheira,Touriga Nacional,Tinta Carvalha
Tasting Notes:
Open ruby color. Aroma of wild fruit, earthy, floral, vegetal. Elegant, fresh and intense. Very long, inviting to try again.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 14ºC and 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes perfectly with red meat dishes and grilled white meat.

The wines from our rarity zone are stored and air-conditioned in the most correct way so that the wine ages correctly in the bottle, but over time, the wine evolves and changes its characteristics.
We recommend that you carefully remove the cork and let the wine air for some time in order to release its natural aromas. Avoid decanting as it can be a very aggressive operation for old wines.
