Product details

Winemaking:
Fermentation took place 50% of the time in the wine press and ended in half French oak barrels where it aged after malolactic fermentation until the end of December. It finished its stage in a stainless steel tank to clarify and stabilize naturally. After bottling, it aged for another 3 months to find the best balance of fruit and structure.
