Tasting Notes:
Lemon color. Aroma with notes of pear, nectarine and yellow apple. In the mouth, it is fresh, mineral, with notes of honeysuckle and a persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and temperature variations. Serve at a temperature between 10°C and 12°C.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with soft cheeses, appetizers, seafood, fish dishes, pasta or on its own.
