Tasting Notes:
Citrus colour, vivid and bright, has a fine and delicate aroma reminiscent of citrus fruits and hints of aromatic herbs. It is a very fresh white, with an adequate and balanced mouth volume, allowing a clear aging in the bottle, its complexity gives it a profile between a DOC and a Reserve.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 10 º C.
Food Pairing:
Pair with fish, shellfish, codfish dishes, as well as white meat and pasta.
