Product details
The grapes are harvested manually in 18 kg boxes and gently pressed after a short skin maceration. Fermentation takes place entirely in new and used French oak barrels for 14 months. This process includes the use of "double lees," incorporating the lees from regular Chardonnay, giving the wine greater complexity and texture.
