Tasting Notes:
Fresh, invigorating, citrusy aroma with a mild flavour, slight astringency and softness.
Storage:
Place 3-4 flat teaspoons of the infusion in the container. Pour boiling water. Cover and let stand for 5-10 minutes; Strain and then drink.
Perfect Serve:
The lemon verbena has sedative properties, relieves spasms, acidity, indigestion and flatulence in the digestive system. It is also used as a stimulant in situations of lethargy and depression.
