Appellation:
We blended the West Region rocha pear together with the refreshing aroma and the sweet and slightly spicy flavour of cardamom from India (Elettaria cardamom), the third most expensive spice in the world. Ingredients: Pear (20%), cardamom (8%), cinnamon, date, clove, sultana, flavour and acidifier (tartaric acid). Shelf life: 24 months (with appropriate storage).
Tasting Notes:

Storage:
Brew 1 tea spoon with 100 ml water at 90°C and let it infuse for 6-8 minutes. Keep in a cool, dry and dark space with good ventilation, away from sources of heat. Ideal temperature range: 5 - 25°C. Maximum equilibrium moisture content: 65%.

To accompany a snack of scones or simply to enjoy alone.
