Appellation:
We blended the Madeira passion fruit together with the spicy flavour of ginger from China (Zingiber officinale), one of the first spices that the Portuguese brought from India. Ingredients: Pear, apple, fig, papaya, melon, ginger (4,6%), rose flower petals, red rosebuds, pink peppercorns, natural flavour (1,6%), citric acid with vitamin C and flavour. Shelf life: 24 months (with appropriate storage).

Storage:
Brew 1 tea spoon with 100 ml water at 90°C and let it infuse for 6-8 minutes. Keep in a cool, dry and dark space with good ventilation, away from sources of heat. Ideal temperature range: 5 - 25°C. Maximum equilibrium moisture content: 65%.

To accompany a snack of scones or simply to enjoy alone.
