Tasting Notes:
This black tea, flavoured with peach and marigold petals, has a delicate and slightly sweet flavour.
Storage:
Time 3 - 4 min, temperature 95 °C and dosage 3 g for 150 ml. Filter and serve.
Perfect Serve:
When served hot, it is perfect to accompany lemon macarons filled with Rocha Pear and Blackcurrant Extra Jam with Lemon Balm and Lime. It can also be served cold, with a little organic multifloral honey to sweeten, in which case it is perfect to accompany lunch and dinner.
