Blandy’s Sercial 1989 displays an amber golden color with nuances of old gold. Its exuberant and characteristic aroma presents pronounced notes of citrus fruit jams and spices, with a volatile touch that awakens the senses. This wine stands out for its fresh and dry profile, with an intense and invigorating acidity. When tasting, it provides a vibrant experience, with a very long and fresh finish, releasing notes of exotic wood, ginger and aged cognac.
Store and Serve Advices:
As an aperitif serve at a temperature of 10ºC; as a dessert wine serve at 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an digestive, it is a good wine for meditation.
