Fermentation is stopped with the addition of Cognac brandy. Stage in used wooden hulls. No bottle aging as it does not evolve after bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Amber colour. Aromas of apricot, yellow plum, apricot and orange zest. In the mouth apricot, roasted hazelnut, very fresh and citrus, long and endless mouth. Very long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
As an aperitif at a temperature of 10ºC or, at 16ºC as a dessert wine. This wine may through sediment.
Food Pairing:
Good as an aperitif or with a dessert.
