Product details

Winemaking:
It is planted in 2-bard levels at an altitude of around 550/600 meters at Quinta dos Castelares. After complete destemming and light pressing, the must ferments in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of around 14º. Aged in small stainless steel tanks until filling.
