Promotion valid from the 1st of May 2026 up to the 31st of May 2026 and subject to the available stock

Winemaking:
The harvest is done in 12 kg boxes. Cooling the grapes in order to preserve all the aromatic purity of the varieties. Total de-stemming. Gentle pressing. Wine fermented and aged for 9 months in a 500L French oak barrel with light bâtonnage in the first 3 months to promote greater smoothness and structure in the wine. Subsequent aging for 9 months in the bottle for perfect wine pairing.

Tasting Notes:

Ideal service temperature of 10 – 12 º C.
