With a clear, citrine yellow colour, it presents tropical notes. In the mouth it is very gastronomic with citrus notes. It has a very fresh and mineral aftertaste.

Ready for immediate consumption. Serve ideally between 10 and 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Try it with grilled fish, shellfish, cold salads.
