Product details

Winemaking:
Direct pressing of the grapes in a pneumatic press in the absence of oxygen. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with selected yeasts at a temperature of 15-17ºC. Final fermentation in a 5000-liter tank. 1 year in a 5000-liter tank. After 1 year, 50% of the wine was removed and 50% of new wine was introduced, and after another year, 50% of the wine was removed and another 50% of new wine was introduced. Thus, the first wine was aged for 4 years, the second was aged for 3 years and the third wine was aged for 2 years.
