Aged on fine lees for 9 months, part in stainless steel and part in French oak vats.

Tasting Notes:
Aroma with notes of white fruits and citrus balanced by nuances of the wood where it fermented and aged. In the mouth it has good acidity and unique minerality; ending with a long and engaging finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Great combination with cod dishes or fish dishes in the oven. Also for white meat dishes.
