Maturation control to obtain the best balance between intensity and freshness. Grapes hand-picked into small 40L boxes. Reception at the winery with selection, total destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation with temperature control around 16ºC, using very gentle crushing and pressing processes under an inert atmosphere. Aging in small stainless steel vats (‘unoaked’) to preserve the primary aromas.

Tasting Notes:
White wine of pale yellow colour with greenish hints, it has great aromatic freshness, with notes of citrus fruits and floral and a slight mineral. In the mouth it has a vibrant texture, with volume, freshness and youth. Very persistent aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Bottles lying horizontally in an airy and dark place, between 12 and 13ºC. Should be served at a temperature of 10 to 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif or for starters, it also goes well with Mediterranean summer dishes, octopus "à lagareiro" or seafood.
