Grapes harvested at the ideal point of ripeness to preserve the freshness of the fruit. Transported to the winery, destemmed and crushed. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at 11/13ºC for 4 weeks. Aged in stainless steel vats until bottling.

Clear and citrus colored. Aroma of white fruit, citrus, mineral, all without exaggeration and in perfect balance. Soft, beautiful acidity, greedy and silky.

Serve at 8/10ºC.
