Winemaking:
At Cortes de Cima, the land is worked using organic and regenerative practices. Daqui was made with white grapes from vineyards in Vidigueira, harvested by hand. The grapes were placed in a 400 liter hoist with 1/3 of the stalk, with spontaneous fermentation and in contact with the 'mother' until November. In that month, the wine was filtered naturally through the stalk. Bottled without further filtration. Only 300 bottles were produced.

Aromas a lima e toranja com algumas notas tropicais. Paladar vigoroso com grande intensidade de fruta, bem equilibrado, com uma acidez límpida e um final longo e persistente.
Store and Serve Advices:
Ideal drinking temperature 10 -12 ºC.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
