Winemaking:
Total destemming before crushing, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After a short ageing on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks, this wine is bottled and aged for 8 years in the cellar.
Grape Varieties:
Alvarinho,Verdelho,Viosinho
Tasting Notes:
Fresh and with good acidity, it shows notes of citrus and stone fruit, already showing some evolution. Full-bodied and rich, it has a silky, enveloping texture on the palate. The long, structured finish is a highlight, resulting in a persistent, complex and very pleasant wine to drink.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 7-14ºC.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
