A delicate and elegant varietal white wine, of a citrus colour. Mineral, revealing light notes of wood without overlapping the fruit. A long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended drinking temperature 12º-14ºc. Store in a dry and cool place at a constant temperature. The bottle shall be stored in horizontal position.
Food Pairing:
Ideal accompanying all fish dishes, seafood and some lighter meat dishes.
