Product details
Winemaking:
The harvest begins in August, with machine harvesting at night and preferably manual harvesting in the morning. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are immediately destemmed, separated from the must, and pressed. Decantation (separation of the must from the skins) takes place after 24 hours, preserving the fruit's freshness and varietal characteristics. Fermentation then begins at a controlled temperature of 18°C. After a minimum of four months, during which the wine stabilizes through physical processes in stainless steel tanks, the wine is filtered and bottled.
