Light skin maceration, fermentation at low temperatures in French oak barrels. Aged for 4 months in French oak barrels with bâtonnage.

Tasting Notes:
Bright citrus yellow. Elegant, mineral aroma with fruit well combined with the smokiness of the wood. Very balanced in the mouth, with good texture and acidity, it presents flavours of ripe fruit evolving into more complex flavours due to its aging in wood.
Store and Serve Advices:
It can be consumed immediately or in the following years, as long as it is stored lying down in a cool, dark place. Serve at 10/12ºC.

Fish or white meat dishes.
