It impresses immediately with its great delicacy and aromatic complexity, notes of bush, moss, pine needles, wild berries, spices. In the mouth it is all presence and harmony, with enormous character in the tone of cherry, pepper and dry vegetable, remarkable freshness and tension of the very long finish. A great terroir red wine.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
