Tasting Notes:
Less open in color than Lot nº 1, with more exuberant red fruit, pine needles, ripe floral, anise and tree bark. Tasting in the mouth with a lot of regional character, direct and focused, fresh floral, spicy, slightly citrusy, tasty and with beautiful acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16-18 º C.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with spicy grilled and roasted meats, game, and cheeses, among other delicacies.
