A wine with freshness and depth, where the wild fruit aromas and flowers are very delicate. Amazing harmony of flavours, a classical record but at the same time irreverent. It ends very long and complex in the mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Good with braised fish cooking medium, spicy red meats, Stews.
