The grapes underwent crushing and total destemming. Fermentation took place in cement lagares (traditional stone vats) with foot treading. Malolactic fermentation and 8 months of aging in stainless steel tanks followed by natural stabilization and bottling after 8 months.

Tasting Notes:
It has an intense ruby color, a youthful and very fruity aroma. On the palate it is delicate, with good volume and fresh acidity, and a long, persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16/18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It pairs well with fine red meats, such as filet mignon with wine sauce, mushroom risotto, and more intense cheeses.
