Fermentation in a wine press with 40% whole bunch. Aged for 2 years in oak barrels and aged in bottles since then.

Baga,Alfrocheiro,Touriga Nacional
Tasting Notes:
Delicate and rich nose with notes of cocoa, pepper, cherry, flint and wild grass. In the mouth it has several dimensions: tense, voluminous, structured, fresh, with silky tannins and quite persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
Bottles should be stored lying down, with the wine in contact with the cork, in a cool place. This wine should be consumed at a temperature of 16ºC.

Red meat, game meat, cheese.
