Product details
Made exclusively from the Castelão grape variety from Quinta de Catralvos and from a plot with sandy soil. Harvested early, the grapes were destemmed and began fermenting with indigenous yeasts in a press. Just two days later, the liquid part was transferred to used, neutral barrels where fermentation finished. It aged for 9 months in the same barrels before being bottled.
