Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Tasting Notes:
It presents intense ruby colour, begins in the nose a little closed, reason why it is necessary decanting. With aeration, the fruit appears: raspberry, cherry and currants and a slight chemical touch. The mouth confirms the balance of the nose and reveals fruit and acidity at an optimum point, that is without one component overlapping the other. It may appear to be slim in body but concentration is huge. A wine of supreme elegance, satiny and seemingly delicate.

Enjoy at a temperature of 12-18ºC.
