Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby colour, aroma of red fruits such as raspberry and blackberry. Fresh notes of peppermint, good structure with mouth volume and persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Once the bottle is opened it should be consumed in a few days. Should be consumed at a temperature between 14º C to 16º C.
Food Pairing:
Perfect with several kind of cheeses and desserts made from dark chocolate or red fruits.
