Total destemming, alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC with gentle and prolonged maceration. 9 months of aging in French oak barrels and a minimum of 3 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Garnet colour. Predominant aroma of ripe red fruits and jelly. It has toasty and mocha nuances. In the mouth it is fruity, soft and elegant. It has a notable mouth volume and long persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16 - 18°C. Keep the bottle in horizontal position.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with roasted or stewed red meats, game dishes and semi-cured cheeses.
