Tasting Notes:
Ruby color. Aroma of red fruit that quickly evolves into wet earth, limestone, coffee. In the mouth, polished and silky tannins with a strong acidity that gives it depth and persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with various red meat dishes, cold cuts and cured or semi-cured cheeses.

Contains sulphites.
