Winemaking:
Wine from the Baga grape grown on chalky-clay soil in a place called Panasqueira, in a hillside turned to south, where at the end of August was made a harvest of precision of 70% to the production of the Sparkling Baga. The second harvest (to this wine) was made at the end of September, what gave the wine an unusual concentration when compared with other wines from the same grape.

Tasting Notes:
Mid red colour. Aroma liquorice with hints of fruit tanginess. Liquorice with minerals on palate. Quite long finish of berries.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.

To be dished up with duck and red meats.
