The grapes were destemmed without crushing and fermented naturally. Skin contact time was approximately two weeks. Pressing the grapes allowed the contents of the still-whole berries to be released without excessive skin extraction.

Tasting Notes:
Fresh, elegant with smooth tannins. Notes of red fruits and spices.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store at 10-12ºC to be served at 14ºC, and to be drunk at 16ºC.

Ideal for delicate game dishes, white meats and risottos.
