Claret wine made from red and white varieties. Arinto and Verdelho are two white varieties, and the red varieties, Tinta Negra and Isabella, a cold-resistant hybrid.

Tasting Notes:
The wine has smoky aromas, with lots of juicy fruit and maritime salinity. The unique blend of grapes imparts a range of flavors, from light, bright citrus to deep berry notes, and the volcanic soils around Mount Pico impart that distinctive, earthy minerality we love.
Store and Serve Advices:
A light wine, with very pure fruit, to be drunk at a low temperature.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with various red meat dishes, cold cuts and cured or semi-cured cheeses.
