Product details
After a careful and meticulous harvest of the best bunches, the grapes were transferred to a refrigerated container, where they spent 12 hours at 6°C. The following day, they were transported to the winery in a refrigerated environment, where they were completely destemmed and crushed at the entrance to the fermentation tank. Fermentation took place in large vats, with an optimal contact surface area and a controlled temperature of 24°C, with total fermentation for 20 days. After fermentation and clean disgorgement, the wine aged for 6 months in stainless steel and 6 months in the bottle.
