The grape must was fermented in contact with the skin in order to obtain more colour and tannin. Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour, aroma with ripe red fruits (strawberry, currant, raspberry) and some notes of vanilla and toast from the barrels where it aged. In the mouth it is very enveloping and smooth. Long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16ºC and 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes very well with dishes of grilled red meats, game and strong cheeses.

Contains sulphites.
