Product details

Winemaking:
The wine-making process is similar to the used to make Port wines. The fortifying process happens by adding grape spirit (brandy) to the musts while in full fermentation, until the final alcohol content reaches to 21% vol. The wine ages over several years in Portuguese and French oak barrels.

Pale tawny colour. Powerful and fruity, with hints of spices. Dry with excellent acidity. Complex, with wood notes.

Store and Serve Advices:
The wine should be served at 10-12º C.
