Total destemming, alcoholic fermentation at 22ºC. Stop fermentation by adding wine spirit. Permanent stage in stainless steel tanks, followed by partial bottling in order to delay its evolution.

Tasting Notes:
Concentrated ruby colour with violet tones. Intense and complex aroma is predominant in red fruits, where the ripe cherry, red fruit jelly and very ripe fruits of the forest stand out. Intense and complex, it has an extraordinary volume of mouth. Vivid, fresh and soft, it has a persistent finish.

Drink at 18ºC.
