Appellation:
This Bagaceira brandy was obtained exclusively from the grape marc of the Alvarinho variety, which is the origin of the wine "Dona Paterna". A careful traditional distillation process followed, followed by a proper grinding to the quality of the final product. Of this lot were bottled 585 bottles all of them numbered. Bagaceira brandy, with the character, richness and complexity of the Alvarinho variety that gave rise to it.

Storage:
Serve at 18-20ºC. This wine spirit can be consumed immediately after bottling or be stored and age for many many years.
Perfect Serve:
Good as a digestive after a good meal and accompanied by a nice cigar.
