Product details
The brandy is a natural product obtained from the distillation of wine, and after a prolonged period of aging in wooden casks, acquires a brownish hue and a complexity of aromas and unique flavours. The grapes of Ugni Blanc, Malvasia Fina and White Alicante, are grown and conducted with a view to obtaining wines of low alcohol, high fixed acidity and low pH The wines, meticulously prepared, are distilled shortly after the end of alcoholic fermentation, thus preserving all its organoleptic potential. Then, the Brandy Quinta do Rol migrates to French oak barrels (from Allier and Limousin forest) and Portuguese oak, which is aged for over 10 years. It is the combination of these different woods and different contact times, which allow obtaining this exquisite, unique and peerless spirits.
