Winemaking:
Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats. This wine was aged in 550-litre chestnut barrels when it was younger, contributing to its unique flavour profile. As the wine matured, it was then transferred to larger chestnut barrels, further increasing its complexity and depth. This meticulous ageing process has resulted in a well-rounded wine that shows the best of its character.
