Product details
Hand-picked at their optimum point, the grapes are destemmed, crushed and vinified according to a process based on careful maceration with extraction of color, tannins and aromas from the skins, complemented by permanent pumping over during fermentation. This takes place in mills, at a controlled temperature between 28-30ºC, until the desired Baumé degree is reached. At this stage, wine spirit (benefit) is added, creating a fortified wine.

Tasting Notes:
Reddish with brown tones. On the nose it reveals smoky notes, dried leaves, spices, such as white pepper, and ends with sensations of fine wood. On the palate, it is a wine where flavors of black fruit in syrup and some jelly stand out, wrapped in a very present tannin. Intense and long finish.
