Product details
The grapes come from old vines with southwest exposure and an altitude of 150m to 200m. The soil is schistous, with little earth and many stones. After manual harvesting in 20kg boxes, the grapes remain in a cold chamber for 12 hours. Vinification was carried out in a traditional lagar (wine press) with foot treading for 5 days. Aging took place for 12 years in old casks. The wine was bottled in November 2025.
